CertWorthIt answers a blunt question: is the certificate worth it? The site counts real job ads and reports how often employers actually name a certification in the ads they post. Instead of repeating vendor marketing, it shows the share of matching job ads that mention PMP, CCNA, CompTIA A+, AWS, Google certificates and more, so you can see what hiring managers reward in practice.

The data set covers 411,984 job ads across 10 countries, with 105 certifications carrying job-ad counts. Counts come from the Adzuna job-ad API, and AI is used to analyse the ads and write the pages and reports. Every figure links back to its source, and the methodology page explains how the counting works.

Key Features

Certificate search with real counts. Type a name such as PMP, CCNA or AWS and see how many job ads in the current data set name it, alongside the skills those same ads ask for.
Field and role browsing. Explore certifications grouped into fields like Cloud and DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data and analytics, AI, Project management and Agile and Scrum, or start from a job title such as data analyst or network engineer.
Country rankings. See which certification is named most often in each of the 10 covered countries, including OSCP at 73% in the United States and CIPD at 36% in the United Kingdom.
Side-by-side comparisons. Compare pairs such as CAPM vs PMP, CCNA vs CCNP or CompTIA A+ vs ITIL to see which one appears more often in matching job ads.
Email report for your country. Answer two optional questions about your experience and your goal, then request one email listing the certifications job ads name most for the jobs you care about.
Source-linked figures and a public methodology. Each number points to the ad counts behind it, and the methodology page documents how ads are collected, matched and counted.
